Biography
Rahma Taha is an associate with Reasons Employment Law who is driven by a deep commitment to advocacy and a genuine desire to help people navigate their complex legal struggles.
Before joining REL, Rahma sharpened her trial skills as an Assistant Public Defender in Tampa. This experience taught her the importance of clear communication, strategic thinking, and tenacious advocacy—skills she now applies to her employment law practice.
Rahma brings that same level of dedication to REL, where she focuses on protecting the rights of employees in matters of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage disputes. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Fluent in Levantine Arabic, Rahma enjoys connecting with her community in Tampa, where she is a member of the Tampa Arab & Muslim Bar Association. Outside of the office, she can be found traveling, reading a good book, or exploring local thrift stores.
